What is "squish to condish"




Simply put, the technique will help deeply hydrate the hair by forcing water into the hair cuticle essentially maximizing the conditioner's moisturizing effect





how to:




After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to very wet hair and then "squish" or scrunch your hair with your hands. Continue to add water as you go, until the hair feels very soft and slimy. (think seaweed slimy) Then rinse completely.
